By downloading, installing, or using Millie's YardSales ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Millie's YardSales helps users discover, save, and plan routes to yard sales, estate sales, and garage sales. The App provides tools for importing sale data, organizing favorites, creating routes, and participating in community events.
Millie's Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription offering enhanced features:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the stated price.
You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. If offered, the free trial is available once per Apple ID. Upon expiration of the free trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (listings, notes, routes). By using the App, you grant Millie's YardSales a non-exclusive license to display, store, and process your content solely to provide the service.
The App may display yard sale listings sourced from publicly available third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this information. Users are responsible for verifying details before attending any sale.
The App, its logo, design, and all original content are the property of Millie's YardSales and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Millie's YardSales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
