Running the sale shouldn't be a second job.

The way it's done today

  • Addresses arrive by email, text and Facebook comment, and you retype every one into a spreadsheet.
  • The printed list is wrong by Friday. Three homes drop out, two more join.
  • You design the flyer at 11 pm and post it in five Facebook groups, hoping someone sees it.
  • All weekend: "Is it still on?" "Which houses are open?"

With Millie's YardSales

  • Share one sign-up link. Neighbors add their own address and what they're selling.
  • Every home lands on the map the moment it signs up. No retyping, no out-of-date list.
  • Your flyer, yard-sign QR code and Facebook post are designed for you. Download and print.
  • Millie's alerts shoppers nearby, and they follow a route through every home.

Built for whoever runs your sale.

HOA boards and neighborhood volunteers

You have a full-time job.

Set the sale up in one evening, send one link, and let your neighbors do the rest. No inbox full of addresses.

City, chamber and parks staff

One sale, a whole town of homes.

One sign-up link for every resident, a public map that stays current, and real numbers for your council report.

Real estate agents and lenders

Sponsor the sale in your community.

Your name on the sale card and the flyers, in front of every household and every shopper in your community or city, with results to prove it.

Everything a great sale needs, in one place.

Neighbors sign up themselves

Each household joins with its own private code from your link. You see everyone who's in, in one list.

Every home on the map

Your sale gets its own card on the Millie's map, with the neighborhood outlined and every home pinned.

Shoppers get a route

One tap plans the fastest drive through every home, so shoppers see more of your sale.

We bring the shoppers

Millie's tells shoppers near you that your sale is coming, the week before and the morning of.

Flyers and signs, designed for you

Your sale card, a flyer with the map and address list, a yard-sign QR code and a Facebook post. You download and print them.

Your sale, your name on it

Your organized sale, with your flyers, QR code and "Presented by", goes live only once your HOA or city confirms. Sales already posted publicly may show in the Millie's app too; book yours to make it official.

Every home runs its own listing (Beta)

Households add photos and what they're selling, and put their home on or off the map themselves. Next: marking it open, closed or sold out on sale day.

Free everything for your shoppers

Shoppers scan your sale's QR code from your flyer or sign, or type its code, and everything is free: every address, route planning, saves, crews and every Pro feature, through your sale weekend. You see how many scanned and joined.

From idea to sale day in four steps.

  1. Tell us about your sale

Your neighborhood, dates, hours and about how many homes. Five minutes in the app.

  2. We confirm it's approved

Have an HOA? We confirm with your HOA contact. No HOA? You run it as a resident.

  3. Share your sign-up link

Neighbors join and add their address. Your map fills itself in.

  4. Sale day

Every home is on the map, flyers are up and shoppers are on their way. Then you get your results.

Know exactly how your sale did.

After sale day you get a results dashboard: how many shoppers came, when they arrived, which streets they shopped and how much they bought. Use it to plan next year and to win a sponsor.

Plan next year's sale

Know your busiest hour, your busiest streets and how many shoppers came, so next year's sale opens at the right time with signs in the right places.

Win a sponsor

Show a real estate agent, lender or local business exactly how many local shoppers your sale reached and what they spent. That's what sponsors pay for, and it can cover your fee.

Get more homes to join

Share the results with your neighbors. Real shoppers and real purchases are the best reason for more households to sign up next time.

Good to know.

Do I need my HOA's permission?

If your neighborhood has an HOA, yes. You'll give us your HOA contact, and your sale goes public once they confirm. No HOA? You can run it yourself as a resident.

What about city permits?

Some cities need a permit or limit sales per year. We show your city's rule when you set up your sale. Many cities give one permit for a whole neighborhood sale.

What can each household do?

Every home that joins gets its own spot on your sale's map. Today: its address and what it's selling. In beta: photos and putting the home on or off the map. Coming next: marking it open, closed or sold out on sale day, so shoppers always see what's really open.

What if I need to cancel or move my sale?

Bookings are final, because we start on your map, flyers and QR signs the day you book. Tell us at least 7 days before your sale and we'll move it to a date you choose within the next 12 months, at no charge.

What if it rains, or the sale disappoints?

If weather spoils your sale, or you're not happy with how it went, your next sale is on us.

What if you can't list my sale?

If we can't put your sale on the map at all, you choose: a full refund, or we move it to another date for free.

Can you collect our sellers' fees for us?

Yes, if you charge households to be in your sale. Each household registers and pays your fee in the app, plus a $2.50 processing fee per address, and your full fee goes straight to your bank account. If your sale is free for sellers, or you collect fees yourself, you pay only the platform fee. (Coming soon.)

Can our HOA or city pay by invoice?

Yes. Email [email protected] with your sale and who should receive the invoice.

Do shoppers need the app?

Shoppers use the free Millie's YardSales app on iPhone to see the map, homes and routes. Your flyers and QR code point them straight to it.

Talk to a real person.

Tell us about your sale and we'll reach out within one business day. Email [email protected].
